Architecturally inspired by local context and materiality; Estia Health’s Findon facility, located at 46-52 Crittenden Road, will provide a number of services to residents including a cafe, hairdresser, cinema, family dining and healthcare rooms in addition to 40 carparks and a dedicated memory support wing.

The development will deliver interactive and enabling landscapes, improved accessibility, sensory stimulation and allow both residents and visitors a connection to nature.

The building has 5 wings, with each resident room having views of the generously sized landscaped courtyards in between. One garden will offer opportunities for various social groups including family gatherings, games and laundry activities. The garden will also boast a looping walking route for residents looking to keep their steps up.
