PARC Brasserie & Bar

Completed in 2024, PARC Brasserie & Bar is situated in Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide.

PARC was a major refurbishment of an existing restaurant and bar that we designed years ago. Our client engaged us again to create PARC.

Situated on the ground floor level of the Pullman Hotel, Adelaide, PARC is designed to be a stand-alone restaurant & bar for both the general public, and hotel patrons alike.
A moody, earthy toned palette using natural stone, leather and brass details has enabled a new identity to be achieved. Integrating new materials and joinery to key areas, while re-purposing and upgrading many existing elements of the original fit-out.
PACT Architects led the interior design, documentation and construction of this project.
