Travelodge Adelaide

Located on Bentham Street, in the heart of the CBD, this purpose built hotel rises up 18 levels. The 185 guest rooms are housed on a small site of only 375sqm. The lower two floors contain public facilities such as the reception, lounge, restaurant and bars. Guests can look out over the new Market to Riverbank pedestrian link from the upper floors, including the gym on level 2. The lower levels will provide activation, vibrancy, surveillance and landscaping elements to the Bentham street public realm.
The building is a contemporary high rise tower with a glazed façade and distinctive angular elements. The design also respects the numerous heritage buildings in the street with its heavily grooved façade detailing, complimentary colour palette and deep reveals on the lower levels.
PACT Architects are acting in the roles of architect, interior designer and lead consultant on this project.
