This compact apartment building is located in an enviable corner of Adelaide – Hurtle Square. The apartments maximise every square metre of this 191sqm site. The building has lush parklands on its doorstep and panoramic hills views from the upper floors.
28 apartments are spread across the building’s 9 levels. The building cleverly incorporates sunshades into the northern façade of the building to let the winter sunlight in and provide shading in summer. This same shading element also provides movement to the façade as it changes angle on every floor.
